Qu\u2019est-ce que le greenwashing ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Cette technique marketing permet aux entreprises de se donner une bonne image en se vantant de pratiques \u00e9cologiques et d’investissements dans ce sens. Mais dans les faits, les sommes investies sont d\u00e9pens\u00e9es dans la communication et les produits ou services qu’offre l’entreprise, et non \u00e0 des fins \u00e9cologiques. Et, \u00e0 l\u2019inverse, aucun fond n\u2019est investi dans la protection et la sauvegarde de l\u2019environnement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Alors que met en place l\u2019Etat fran\u00e7ais pour contrer ce ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne ? D\u00e9battue \u00e0 l\u2019Assembl\u00e9e Nationale \u00e0 la fin du mois de mars, les articles 4 et 5 de la loi climat ont \u00e9t\u00e9 adopt\u00e9s en premi\u00e8re lecture par l\u2019h\u00e9micycle. Ces articles stipulent : \u00ab Lorsque la pratique commerciale trompeuse consiste \u00e0 laisser entendre ou \u00e0 donner l\u2019impression qu\u2019un bien ou un service a un effet positif ou n\u2019a pas d\u2019incidence sur l\u2019environnement ou qu’il est moins n\u00e9faste pour l\u2019environnement que les biens ou services concurrents \u00bb, l\u2019entreprise sera sanctionn\u00e9e. L\u2019amende \u00e9tait de 50% \u00ab des d\u00e9penses engag\u00e9es pour la r\u00e9alisation de la publicit\u00e9 ou de la pratique qualifi\u00e9e de blanchiment \u00e9cologique \u00bb, dor\u00e9navant, elle atteindra 80% des d\u00e9penses engag\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

L\u2019exemple des produits m\u00e9nagers<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Concr\u00e8tement, pour en revenir aux produits m\u00e9nagers qui, pour beaucoup, pratiquent le greenwashing, qu\u2019est-ce que cela veut dire ? Sur la bouteille de spray d\u00e9sinfectant que vous achetez en grande surface, bien souvent figure des dessins ou des photos d\u2019arbres, d\u2019\u00e9tendues vertes, de fleurs, \u2026 Le greenwashing c\u2019est lorsque vous avez ces repr\u00e9sentations sur les bouteilles vous faisant croire que les produits et les odeurs sont naturelles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Se dirige-t-on vers un marketing plus honn\u00eate ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Avec cette loi et l\u2019apparition depuis quelques ann\u00e9es des nutri-score alimentaires, la tendance serait plut\u00f4t positive. Mais, \u00e0 l\u2019instar des r\u00e9seaux sociaux tr\u00e8s compliqu\u00e9 \u00e0 ma\u00eetriser, il y a certainement encore un \u00e9norme cap \u00e0 passer avant d\u2019arriver \u00e0 un marketing honn\u00eate. Et cette loi r\u00e9pond plus \u00e0 une lutte contre le d\u00e9r\u00e8glement climatique, comme le pr\u00e9cise l\u2019intitul\u00e9 de l\u2019amendement qu\u2019\u00e0 une r\u00e9elle volont\u00e9 de r\u00e9guler les d\u00e9rives du marketing d\u2019influence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Enfin, les entreprises priv\u00e9es dominantes et leurs arm\u00e9es d\u2019avocat ne sont-elles pas plus en avance que la l\u00e9gislation en mati\u00e8re d\u2019innovation ? On est en droit de le penser et ainsi estimer qu\u2019un marketing plus honn\u00eate n\u2019est peut-\u00eatre pas encore pour demain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
